Returns

We know you’ll love your OSKAR. But if for any reason you don’t, we offer 100 days of free returns.

We want to make returns as easy as possible for you. Here is what you need to do to return your OSKAR watch:

  1. Contact help@oskarwatches.com to schedule a return
  2. Ensure that your OSKAR watch is in its original packaging
  3. Mail your OSKAR watch to us. We will refund you the cost of shipping.

 

To be eligible for a return, your OSKAR watch must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you have used your OSKAR watch, or you have lost the packaging, please send us an email on help@oskarwatches.com, as we might be able to offer you a partial refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned OSKAR watch. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping

To return your OSKAR watch, you should place the watch in its original packaging, and mail it to us. 

Shipping costs for standard shipping, domestic or international, will be refunded to you, so make sure to keep your receipt. Please use standard shipping. We will not refund express service shipping.
